Camp Smile-A-Mile is located on beautiful Lake Martin in Alexander City, Ala. The camp offers children with cancer in Alabama and their families an opportunity to experience camp at no cost to them. Camp Smile-A-Mile’s purpose is to provide these patients, families and survivors with avenues for fellowship, coping skills and preparation for the future.
